Boot Camp classes are designed to enhance your strength, and cardiovascular endurance while effectively burning calories!

Indoor cycle classes deliver a dynamic and energizing workout, ideal for anyone aiming to improve their cardiovascular health while having a great time.

What to Expect – Lively atmosphere with motivating music and enthusiastic instructors who guide your workout. You can expect to engage in activities like interval training, sprints, and climbs, all aimed at boosting cardiovascular endurance. Plus the welcoming the community and shared energy in the room makes it a sociable and enjoyable way to stay fit.

Who Should Join Cycle Classes – These classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Don’t hesitate to ask your instructor if you need help setting up your bike.

Class Intensity – Don’t panic! You have control over your effort! Indoor classes offer a variety of intensity levels to match your fitness objectives.

HIIT & Strength classes are to alternate short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. Designed to enhance your strength, and cardiovascular endurance while effectively burning calories!

What to Expect – Prepare yourself for training protocol that involves alternating between short, all-out bursts of physical activity and short periods of lower-intensity recovery. During the high-intensity intervals, you work at a high percentage of your maximum heart rate (around 80-90%). The recovery periods are short, allowing the body to partially recover before the next intense interval. 

Who Should Join HIIT & Strength Classes – These classes are perfect for individuals of all fitness levels seeking to enhance both strength and cardiovascular endurance. Feel free to ask your instructor for modifications or alternatives if needed.

Class Intensity – You are in charge of your own effort! You can select your weights and intensity levels to align with your fitness goals and how you’re feeling on any given day

Pilates Reformer + classes use a specialized piece of equipment called the Pilates reformer, a frame with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps that allow for a wide variety of exercises that target and strengthen the entire body!

What to Expect – in a reformer class you’ll perform controlled, low-impact exercises on a machine with a moving carriage, springs for resistance, and straps for your hands or feet. Our experienced instructors will guide you, focusing on controlled movements, proper form, and breathing to engage your core, improve posture, and increase body awareness. These workouts use your own body weight and the reformer’s springs to strengthen, lengthen, and increase flexibility.

Who Should Join Cycle Classes – These classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors are here to help you with any necessary modifications.

Class Intensity – You are in charge of your own effort. It’s important to pay attention to your body and understand what you need to succeed.

Pilates Reformer + classes are available for an additional fee.

Mobility and Foam Roller classes, combine self-myofascial release with stretches and mobility movements to improve range of motion, release muscle imbalances, relieve muscle tension, improve posture and prevent injury.

What to Expect – These classes teach participants how to use a cylindrical foam roller to and other tools to massage muscles and find and target muscle imbalances. Participants will find numerous benefits such as increased blood flow, decrease soreness, improved posture and athletic performance. You can also expect targeted muscle work with some classes focusing on specific areas of the body.

Who should join Mobility & Foam Roller Classes – Be at a recovery day or not, these classes are great for everyone!

Class Intensity – work at your pace.

Pilates Mat classes are floor-based Pilates workouts that use your own body weight to build core strength, flexibility, balance and more.

What to Expect – Classes involve a series of controlled, full-body exercises that can be modified for any fitness level and often use minimal equipment, such as a mat or props like resistance bands, small balls, or the pilates ring. The focus is on strengthening the core, lengthening muscles, and improving posture through slow, precise movements.  

Who should Join Pilates Mat – Anyone can join Pilates Mat class, including beginners, athletes, older adults, and those with injuries due to its low impact nature and high degree of modification. It is also ideal for people seeking to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.

Class Intensity – Thanks to its extensive modifications, participants can tailor the class to accommodate any intensity level. In other words, you can choose to push yourself as hard or take it easy, depending on your preference.

Yoga classes aim at improving flexibility, balance, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing mental clarity and mindfulness, improving sleep quality, and promoting holistic well-being by connecting the body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect – A calming period for centering and breathwork. Guided movements that flow through various yoga poses (asanas) aimed at enhancing balance, stamina, and flexibility. Classes conclude with a final relaxation pose known as Savasana, allowing your body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice

Ditch the workout and join the Party! Zumba® is a dance-fitness program that combines Latin and international music with energetic dance moves for a fun, effective, cardio workout in a judgment free environment!

What to ExpectZumba brings together a delightful mix of dance styles: salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, afrobeats, samba, bachata, belly dance, flamenco, hip-hop, pop, and more! Enjoy a fun, heart-pumping, and energizing cardio workout filled with smiles, laughter, and a fantastic community. High-energy and encouraging instructors will keep you smiling and dancing. No dance experience is necessary; the instructor will guide you on what to do. In Zumba, there are no wrong moves—only spontaneous solos!
