One of the best exercise facilities in Marin County, our San Rafael club offers over 10,000 square feet of exercise space indoors and 3,000 square feet outdoors. There is a Pilates studio, group exercise room and an outside cycle studio. The gym floor has over 40 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowing machines. Also included is a line of Cybex strength machines and a wall of 6 Keiser Performance Trainers.

Our outdoor exercise space offers 25 yards of artificial turf, a covered area with Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, additional cardio equipment and an outdoor group cycling studio with Pelō programs. We also offer obstacle training. The locker rooms have digital lockers, showers and saunas. Towels and amenities are provided. Sports massages are also available.

Our Total Body Strength class is designed to improve mobility, increase your strength and build lean muscle, all while building a strong foundation using different modalities and training variables. We place emphasis on mindful movement and proper movement mechanics. There are options available given for most fitness levels.

Our Beginning Pilates Workouts are designed to provide a clear foundation for movement an an all-around muscle conditioning experience. With more or less assistance, resistance, and exercise intensity, we can easily cater a workout to your individual needs. We will do mat work, apparatus work (reformer, tower, wunda chair) and small prop work (theraband, magic circle, roller, and all balls).

Our Intermediate Pilates Workouts are designed to provide a clear progression for movement and an all-around muscle conditioning experience. With more or less assistance, resistance, and exercise intensity, we can easily cater a workout to your individual needs. Empower yourself with new skills in this intermediate Pilates workout.

Learn road cycling techniques that will increase your power and speed while listening to classic Rock and R&B of the 60’s – 80’s. Strengthen your glutes, quads and hamstrings with a series of hill climbs, intervals and sprints that will rock your fitness and improve your groove!
