Our Mill Valley Club location is more than just a gym; it is a health club with a variety of services to help you reach your best health. With over 32 years of experience, our personal trainers are Certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In our Pilates studio, we offer Pilates personal training and group Pilates classes. We offer small group training sessions for cardio, strength, agility, and flexibility. Group classes include cycling (spinning), yoga, boxing, Zumba, and HIIT. For our overachievers, we also have obstacle training for events like Spartan and Tough Mudder. Sports massage is also available by appointment.

Alignment Pilates

Mondays @ 8am & 3pm, Wednesdays @ 8am & 6pm

Establish your postural awareness and alignment while moving through an all levels Pilates workout. The Pilates machines and the personalized attention make it easy to increase complexity and challenge over time while building coordination and dynamic strength.

Intermediate Pilates

Mondays @ 5:30pm, Thursdays @ 4pm, Saturday @ 9am

Our Intermediate Pilates Workouts are designed to provide a clear progression for movement and an all-around muscle conditioning experience. With more or less assistance, resistance, and exercise intensity we can easily cater a workout to your individual needs. Empower yourself with new skills in this intermediate Pilates workout.

Beginners Pilates

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7am, 8am & 9am, Saturdays @ 8am

Our Beginning Pilates Workouts are designed to provide a clear foundation for movement an an all-around muscle conditioning experience. With more or less assistance, resistance, and exercise intensity we can easily cater a workout to your individual needs. We will do mat work, apparatus work (reformer, tower, wundachair) and small prop work (theraband, magic circle, roller, and all balls).

Advanced Pilates

Wednesdays @ 5pm, Saturdays @ 10am

If you have been doing Pilates for a long time this is the workout for you. Moving efficiently through the repertoire while guide alignment, this workout will offer a flowing and challenging sequence to master.

Power Blast

Fridays @ 7am

The motivating metabolic strength workouts are designed to push you above and beyond the limits you thought possible. “RUN/JUMP/KICK/SQUAT/PUSH” yourself into a TOTAL FIT BODY. There’s an athlete in all of us. It’s time to meet yours! All fitness levels are welcome.
