Our Mill Valley Club location is more than just a gym; it is a health club with a variety of services to help you reach your best health. With over 32 years of experience, our personal trainers are Certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In our Pilates studio, we offer Pilates personal training and group Pilates classes. We offer small group training sessions for cardio, strength, agility, and flexibility. Group classes include cycling (spinning), yoga, boxing, Zumba, and HIIT. For our overachievers, we also have obstacle training for events like Spartan and Tough Mudder. Sports massage is also available by appointment.
