Our Pilates Program is designed to provide the student a clear foundation for movement and an all-around muscle conditioning experience. With more or less assistance, resistance, and exercise intensity, we can easily cater a workout to your individual needs. We will do mat work, apparatus work (reformer, tower, wundachair) and small prop work (theraband, magic circle, roller, and all balls).
The best way to start a Pilates Program is to work one-on-one with a Pilates instructor. After learning the basics and increasing stability and strength, you can move into a group class which is a great workout in community with others.
